Schröter Maschinenbau GmbH , established in 1967, has 35 years of experience in the chocolate industry, specialising mainly in machines for the production of chocolate dragees. A sound and reliable business policy as well as a constant development and adjustment to the latest demands of modern technology enabled the company to grow continuously. We are therefore in the position to supply equipment for the entire processing of raw products up to the final degree. Our various machines are compatible, securing a smooth transition from one step of the dragee making to the next.
Most articles can be coated in the SCC 99 (i.e. articles greater than dia.3 mm) and all types of chocolate are suitable i.e milk, dark, yoghurt and compound. In comparison to the conventional coating pans, the product is covered more evenly with the chocolate. The machine is provided with a nozzle mouth piece ( 18 drill holes ). They ensure an even flow with a tremendous amount of chocolate.
The cooling is more effective because a large amount of the product has contact with the cold air . An equivalant air current is available ( air escapes out of the rear side of the machine). Flat products i.e almonds, fruit slices can also be coated evenly. The corners are covered with the same amount of chocolate as on the whole flat piece, due to the rolling effect in the cabin, in comparison to the conventional coating pan ( adjustable rolling speed ). To put the machine into operation more effectively, the machine can be equiped with a double mouth piece - two rows of nozzles in a warm water jacket. The basic equipment includes a built-in nozzle cleaning device ( pneumatic pins ) and a band cleaner ( solid steel bar driven by two pressed air cylinders).
